摘要
电力生产是我国国民经济发展的强大动力,其中煤电是电力生产的重要组成部分,随着社会对发电量需求的快速增长,保证电力系统安全运行成为重中之重,一旦电力系统部分环节发生故障将会影响到发电质量和效率,所以这就对电力系统表面防腐提出了更高的要求。本文是针对燃煤电厂电力系统中的腐蚀问题,介绍了电力系统易发生腐蚀的部位,分析了接地装置、锅炉水冷壁和烟囱的腐蚀机理,在此基础上,详细介绍了接地装置、锅炉水冷壁和烟囱的防腐蚀技术发展现状。
Electric power production is a powerful driving force of China’s national economic development, of which coal is an important part of electric power production, along with the rapid growth of demand for electricity, guarantee the safe operation of the power system become a top priority, once the parts of power system failure will affect the power quality and efficiency, so higher requirements are put forward for surface anticorrosion of power system. Aiming at the corrosion problem in the power system of coal-fired power plant, this thesis introduces the parts of power system prone to corrosion, analyzes the corrosion mechanism of grounding device, boiler water wall and chimney, and on this basis, introduces the development status of anti-corrosion technology of grounding device, boiler water wall and chimney in detail.
