印染废水回用双膜法系统设计与应用

摘要 结合佛山市某印染企业,设计规模2500m3/d,通过采用“热交换器+消毒杀菌+多介质过滤罐+超滤+反渗透”双膜法处理工艺进行深度处理印染废水,进行再生废水的回用。按照生产用水要求,产水回用于生产工艺段;减少污水排放,提高企业中水回用比例,节约水资源;实现了节水、减排、增效的环保意。介绍双膜法工艺在印染废水中的应用流程和运行情况,指出在运行过程中存在的问题,给同类工程提供设计和经验。 Combined with a printing and dyeing enterprise in Foshan, the design scale of 2500 m3/d, through the use of “heat exchanger and disinfection and sterilization and multi-medium filter tank and ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis” double membrane treatment process for deep treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, recycling wastewater. According to the production water requirements, the produced water back to the production process;Reduce sewage discharge,increase the proportion of water reuse in enterprises, save water resources;Realize the environmental protection significance of water saving, emission reduction and efficiency improvement. This paper introduces the application and operation of double membrane process in printing and dyeing wastewater, points out the existing problems in the operation process, and provides design and experience for similar projects.
