摘要
某中药生产企业是中药醇提药膏的加工生产商,为满足经营需求新建加工厂,并新建1座生产废水处理站。中药醇提生产废水具有有机物浓度高、药渣悬浮物多、色度高等特点。主要介绍了“物化除渣+Fenton-C预处理+气浮+ABR(折流式厌氧反应池)+生物接触氧化+MBR(生物膜法)”在中药醇提生产废水治理上的应用。从设计进、出水水质、工艺流程、单体设计和投资与运行成本分析等方面进行废水处理设计。
A traditional Chinese medicine company using alcohol extraction technology to produce the Chinese medicine ointment. In order to meet business needs, the company has built a new factory and a new wastewater treatment station. The TCM alcohol extracting wastewater with high concentration of organics,plenty of SS from dregs of the decoction and high chroma. It mainly introduces the combined system of “Physicochemical removal SS+ pretreatment of Fenton-C+air flotation process+ ABR(Fold flow anaerobic reaction pool) + biological contact oxidation method+ MBR(Membrane Bio-Reactor)” to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alcohol extraction wastewater. The wastewater treatment design is based on the aspects of the influent quality, the effluent quality,wastewater process flow, the architecture design, investment cost analysis data and the operating cost analysis data.
