摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法检测氯氮平片含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填料的色谱柱(C18,4.6*150 mm,3.5μm)等度洗脱,紫外检测器检测。结果:该方法在10.128~30.384μg/mL具有良好的线性(r>0.999),专属性、精密度、准确度、耐用性等指标均符合要求。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method to detect the content of clozapine tablets. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was used for isocratic elution with octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel column(C18, 4.6*150 mm, 3.5 μm), and UV detector was used for detection. Results: The method had good linearity(r>0.999) from 10.128 μg/mL to 30.384 μg/mL, and the specificity, precision, accuracy, durability and other indicators all met the requirements. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of clozapine tablets. The method is simple, reliable and reproducible.
