摘要
文中合成、表征了D-A型近红外荧光分子TPAAP,并将其用作水溶性纳米粒子的发射体。制备的纳米颗粒TPAAP NPs显示出近红外荧光发射(λ_(max)=700 nm)和180 nm的大斯托克斯位移,有利于减少背景干扰。此外,TPAAP NPs具有高度均匀的尺寸(~18 nm)和40%的高单线态氧产率。体外生物学实验证明,TPAAP NPs可被细胞快速内化,IC_(50)为4μg/mL,具有强而稳定的光动力治疗能力。
In this paper,D-A type near-infrared fluorescence molecule,TPAAP,was synthesized,characterized and used as emitter in water-soluble nanoparticles.The prepared nanoparticles,TPAAP NPs,displayed near-infrared fluorescence emission(λ_(max)=700 nm)and large Stokes shift of 180 nm,which benefits suppressing background interference.Moreover,TPAAP NPs possess high uniform in size(~18 nm)and high 40%singlet oxygen yield.The in vitro biological experiments proved that TPAAP NPs could be rapidly internalized by cells,with an IC_(50)of 4μg/mL,and had a strong and stable photodynamic therapy ability.
