摘要
千层纸素A是从中药黄芩根部提取的主要黄酮类化合物之一,能通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、诱导细胞周期阻滞和抑制肿瘤转移等多方面发挥抗肿瘤作用。本文主要阐明近5年内对于千层纸素A抗肿瘤活性的多种机制、途径和分子靶点的研究进展,证实千层纸素A的抗肿瘤作用,为进一步开发提供理论支撑。
Oroxylin A is one of the main flavonoid extracted from the root of Scutellariae radix,a traditional Chinese medicine.It exerts anti-tumor effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,inducing cell cycle arrest and inhibiting tumor metastasis.This paper mainly clarifies the research progress of various mechanisms,pathways and molecular targets of the anti-tumor activity of oroxylin A in the past five years,confirms the anti-tumor effect of oroxylin A,and provides theoretical support for further development.
