摘要
电厂排放的烟气含有大量的水,从烟气中回收水是人们关注的焦点,目前烟气水回收技术主要有冷凝法(换热器间接冷凝法、直接冷凝法)、吸收剂法、膜法(膜分离法、TMC法、膜冷凝法)等工艺技术。换热器间接冷凝法的材料选择比较关键,选用氟塑料换热器是一种解决方案。吸收剂吸收法能耗高。膜法回收是研究的热点,但膜材料的成本高,膜材料的耐用性需要进行深入研究。已经工业应用的烟气直接冷凝水回收技术,具有投资少、运行成本低、设备简单、能二次脱除污染物等特点,该技术可以作为吸收法捕集CO_(2)的前处理工艺技术。
The flue gas from the power plant contains a lot of water,and the recovery of water from the flue gas is the focus of attention.At present,the flue gas water recovery technologies mainly include condensation technology(indirect condensation by heat exchanger,direct condensation),absorbent absorption method,membrane water recovery(vapor permeation membrane,Transport Membrane Condenser,membrane condenser)and other process technologies.The material selection of the heat exchanger direct condensation method is more critical,and the choice of fluoroplastic heat exchanger is a solution.The absorbent absorption method has high energy consumption.The cost of membrane materials is high,and the durability of membrane materials needs to be studied in depth.The technology of direct condensate water recovery from flue gas in power plants has been industrially applied.It has the characteristics of low investment,low operating cost,simple equipment,secondary removal of pollutants.This technology can be used as a pretreatment technology for CO_(2)capture by absorption.
