气相色谱仪是化学药物中残留溶剂、小分子化工原料与试剂的最主要检测仪器,正确使用和妥善维护不仅可以保证检测结果的准确性,还可以延长仪器的使用寿命。仪器在运行过程中,由于药物的化学性质、实验环境以及人员的重复或不规范使用,都会有不同程度的损耗,所以日常的维护保养显得尤其重要。本文从实验室配备氢火焰离子化检测器与电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪的基本要求及主要部件等方面进行了详细介绍,对气相色谱分析人员有一定的借鉴作用。

Gas chromatograph is the most important detection instrument for residual solvents,small molecular chemical raw materials and reagents in chemical drugs.Correct use and proper maintenance can not only ensure the accuracy of detection results,but also prolong the service life of the instrument.During the operation of the instrument,due to the chemical properties of the drug,the experimental environment and the repeated or irregular use of the personnel,there will be different degrees of loss,so the daily maintenance is particularly important.In this paper,the basic requirements and main components of a gas chromatograph equipped with a hydrogen flame ionization detector and an electron capture detector in the laboratory are introduced in detail,which can be used as a reference for gas chromatograph analysts.
