摘要
通过分析单一精油的理化性质、活化成分,选择抑菌活性较强的植物精油进行复配,得到的精油组合物代替化妆品中传统合成有机化学防腐剂,从而减少传统防腐剂对人体皮肤带来过敏、发炎等症状。研究了精油组合物的抑菌圈、最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度得到了精油组合物在化妆品中具有最佳抑菌活性的浓度是0.4%;再研究精油在样品中进行28 d的微生物防腐挑战性试验,结果表明0.4%浓度的精油组合物能够代替传统的有机合成防腐剂,且防腐效果不亚于传统防腐剂。
By analyzing the physical and chemical properties and active components of a single essential oil, the combination of plant essential oil with strong antibacterial activity was selected to replace the traditional synthetic organic chemical preservatives in cosmetics, so as to reduce the symptoms caused by traditional preservatives on human skin such as allergy and inflammation. The bacteriostatic zone, the minimum bacteriostatic concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration of essential oil compositions were studied, and the optimal bacteriostatic concentration of essential oil compositions in cosmetics was 0.6 %. The results showed that the essential oil composition with 0.6 % concentration could replace traditional organic synthetic preservatives, and its anticorrosive effect was no less than that of traditional preservatives.
