摘要
中国的大部分城市环境问题都处于危险之中,环境污染的种类众多而且复杂,导致环境突发事件频频发生,范围越来越广,使人们更加认识到区域环境风险的重要性。本文通过对临汾市浮山县化工厂区域突发环境事件采用网格化环境风险法进行分析,得出浮山县风险等级为一般风险等级,同时通过对大量区域突发环境事件的调查,从环境监测与预警,应急预案管理和队伍建设,为预防控制和应急管理提出建议。
At present, most of China’s urban environmental problems are at risk, environmental pollution types of numerous and complicated, cause environmental emergencies occur frequently, more and more extensive, make people more aware of the importance of regional environmental risk. Paper in fushan county of linfen region emergency environmental accidents by using grid environment risk analysis, fushan county risk level for the general risk level, at the same time, through the survey of a large number of regional emergency environmental accidents, from environmental monitoring and early warning, emergency plan management and team construction, for the prevention and control and emergency rescue ability construction are proposed.
