摘要 建立罗非鱼中氟酰胺醇类抗生素(氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素和氯霉素)残留的液相色谱/串联质谱检测方法分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,EMR-Lipid净化脂肪,EMR-Lipid Polish反萃取后,采用电喷雾离子源负离子检测模式(ESI-)和多重反应监测(MRM)模式测定,内标法定量分析。结果表明:氟酰胺醇类抗生素在0.2~20 ng/mL的范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)不小于0.99974,在0.1μg/kg、0.5μg/kg和1μg/kg不同加标浓度下的平均加标回收率为96.10%~103.94%,相对标准偏差:0.4%~6.4%,方法检出限为0.008~0.023μg/kg。该方法快速、简便、灵敏,适用于罗非鱼中氟酰胺醇类抗生素的快速测定。 A new method was established for the determination of Amide Alcohols(Florfenicol, Thiamphenicol, chloramphenicol) residues in Tilapia by HPLC-MS/MS spectrometry. The test sample was extracted with acetonitrile, EMR-Lipid purify fat, diluted supernatant. Eleetrospray negative ion source(ESI-),multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM) and External standard quantitative analysis. The calibration curves showed good linearity within the range of 0.2~20 ng/mL with correlation coefficient(R2)larger than 0.99974 in celery. The method validation was carried out at 0.1, 0.5, 1 μg/kg, the recoveries were from 96.10 %~103.94 %,and the RSD were from 0.4 %~6.4 %, LOD were from 0.008~0.023 μg/kg. The method is quick, simple and sensitive, and applicable for the determination of Amide Alcohols(Florfenicol, Thiamphenicol, chloramphenicol) in Tilapia.
