基于数据库挖掘分析TPX2基因在肺腺癌中的表达及意义

Analysis of the Expression and Significance of TPX2 Gene in Lung Adenocarcinoma Based on Database Mining

目的探讨TPX2基因在肺腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法通过检索Oncomine、Ualcan、GEPIA在线数据库中有关TPX2的信息,并对所获取的数据库资料中关于TPX2在肺腺癌中的研究进行荟萃分析。结果Oncomine数据库中肺腺癌和正常组织中TPX2表达有差异的有8项,共有869例样本。荟萃分析8项研究成果,结果显示肺腺癌中TPX2的表达高于正常组织(P<0.05);Ualcan结果表明,男性患者TPX2含量高于女性;肺腺癌患者TPX2表达与肿瘤分期、年龄、种族无关;GEPIA数据库中生存分析曲线结果显示肺腺癌患者TPX2水平越高,生存时间越短,预后更差(P<0.05)。结论TPX2在肺腺癌组织中呈现高表达,TPX2与肺腺癌患者预后密切相关,TPX2为肺腺癌治疗提供新的治疗靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of TPX2 gene in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods By searching the online databases of Oncomine,Ualcan,and GEPIA for information about TPX2,a meta-analysis was performed on the studies of TPX2 in lung adenocarcinoma in the obtained database.Results There were 8 items with different expression of TPX2 in lung adenocarcinoma and normal tissues in Oncomine database,with a total of 869 samples.Meta-analysis of 8 studies showed that the expression of TPX2 in lung adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).Ualcan results showed that TPX2 content in male patients was higher than that in female patients;and the expression of TPX2 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was not related to tumor stage,age and race.The survival analysis curve in the GEPIA database showed that the higher the TPX2 level in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,the shorter the survival time and the worse the prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion TPX2 is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues.Meanwhile,TPX2 is closely related to the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and TPX2 provides a new therapeutic target for the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.
