基于CNKI数据库对黄连温胆汤研究的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Huanglian Wendan Decoction Based on CNKI Database

目的运用CiteSpace软件对近21年黄连温胆汤的研究进行可视化分析。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI),筛选2000年1月-2020年12月与黄连温胆汤相关的文献,应用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行关键词、作者、机构的可视化分析,了解黄连温胆汤的研究历史与发展趋势。结果在知网数据库中共检索出1063条记录,经筛选后共导出1006条有效文献,发文量随时间呈总体上升趋势。通过对关键词分析,除去主题相关关键词“黄连温胆汤、黄连温胆汤加减”,频次前3位的关键词为“失眠、代谢综合征、中医药疗法”,中心性前3位为“中医药疗法、温胆汤、炙甘草”。发文量最多的作者为刘莉,研究内容与代谢综合征有关。发文量最多的机构是重庆市中医院曾定伦名医工作室,仅有2个机构之间存在合作关系。结论现阶段的研究热点主要集中在黄连温胆汤的临床应用及其疗效研究,如黄连温胆汤治疗失眠的相关研究、联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的相关研究、治疗幽门螺杆菌所致胃炎的相关研究等。后续的研究内容可不限于黄连温胆汤临床应用的拓展和体内实验的药效评价,还可加强对其药理作用、作用机制的进一步挖掘。

Objective To use CiteSpace software to visually analyze the research of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the past 21 years.Methods The CNKI database was searched to screen the literature related to Huanglian Wendan Decoction from January 2000 to December 2020.The CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the keywords,authors and institutions of the included literature to understand the research history and development trend of Huanglian Wendan Decoction.Results A total of 1063 records were retrieved in the CNKI database,and 1006 valid documents were derived after screening.The number of publications showed an overall upward trend over time.Through the analysis of keywords,the keywords“Huanglian Wendan Decoction,modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction”were removed,the top three keywords of frequency were“insomnia,metabolic syndrome,traditional Chinese medicine therapy”,and the top three of centrality were“traditional Chinese medicine therapy,Wendan Decoction,baked licorice”.The author with the largest number of articles was LIU Li,and the research content was related to metabolic syndrome.The institution with the largest number of publications was ZENG Ding-lun Medical Studio of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and only two institutions had cooperative relations.Conclusion The current research hotspots mainly focus on the clinical application and efficacy of Huanglian Wendan Decoction,such as the related research of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of insomnia,the related research of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of hypertension,and the related research of Helicobacter pylori-induced gastritis.The follow-up research content can not only be limited to the expansion of the clinical application of Huanglian Wendan Decoction and the evaluation of the efficacy of in vivo experiments,but also strengthen the further exploration of its pharmacological effects and mechanism of action.
