巨单胞菌属和巴恩斯氏菌属与疾病相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Megamonas spp.and Barnesiella spp.and Disease

肠道菌群紊乱导致免疫系统的失调与多种疾病的发生发展有关,因此肠道菌群成为备受关注的研究对象。在肠道菌群中,98%以上细菌属于厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门,相关文献指出厚壁菌门中的巨单胞菌属和拟杆菌门中的巴恩斯氏菌属与肠道功能、代谢、肥胖、肾脏功能、软骨关节病理现象等有关。因此,研究巨单胞菌属和巴恩斯氏菌属与疾病的关系,对疾病的预防、治疗和维护肠道健康具有一定意义。本文总结了巨单胞菌属和巴恩斯氏菌与各种疾病之间的关系,旨在为进一步研究肠道巨单胞菌属和巴恩斯氏菌属在人群肠道中的差异与疾病及健康之间的关系提供参考。

The disorder of gut microbiota leads to the imbalance of immune system,which is related to the development of multiple diseases.Therefore,gut microbiota has attracted much attention of researchers.More than 98%of gut microbiota belongs to Firmicutes and Bacteroides.It is pointed out in the relevant study that the genus of Megamonas spp.and Barnesiella spp.are related to gut function,metabolism,obesity,kidney function,cartilage and joint pathology,etc.Hence,studying the correlation between Megamonas spp.and Barnesiella spp.and disease has particular significance for the prevention and treatment of those diseases and the maintenance of gut health.This paper summarizes the biological characteristics of Megamonas spp.and Barnesiella spp.,and aiming is to provide reference for further correlation study between Megamonas spp.and Barnesiella spp.and disease.
