摘要
目的比较静脉补铁与口服铁剂在维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血治疗中的效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至2022年1月收治的实施维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组患者均实施重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗,对照组口服铁剂,观察组静脉输注蔗糖铁,均持续治疗6个月。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05);观察组贫血相关指标(红细胞压积、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白和血清转铁蛋白饱和度)、rHuEPO用量、生活质量评分、治疗依从性均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组不良反应发生率相当(10.00%比7.50%,P>0.05)。结论静脉输注蔗糖铁治疗维持性血液透析肾性贫血,可显著提升治疗效果、生活质量和治疗依从性,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the effect of intravenous iron supplement and oral administration of iron in the treatment of patients with renal anemia underwent maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Atotal of 80 patients with renal anemia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from January 2021 to January 2022,were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with recombinant human erythropoietin(rHuEPO).On this basis,the patients in the control group were given oral administration of iron,while the patients in the observation group were given intravenous infusion of iron sucrose.Both groups were treated for 6 months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The anemia related indexes(hematocrit,hemoglobin,serum ferritin and serum transferrin saturation),rHuEPO dosage,quality of life score and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group and the observation group was similar(10.00%vs.7.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion of iron sucrose can significantly improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
