孕激素联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Progestogen Combined with Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyp

目的探讨孕激素联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效及对其复发率的影响。方法选取医院2020年11月至2021年11月收治的子宫内膜息肉患者62例,按入院顺序编号的奇偶分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组患者仅进行宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用孕激素。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后复发率、月经量、平均子宫内膜厚度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕激素联合宫腔镜手术可有效治疗子宫内膜息肉,降低复发率,并能有效调节患者的子宫内膜厚度和月经量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of progestogen combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyp and its effect on the recurrence rate.Methods A total of 62 patients with endometrial polyps treated in the hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the parity of admission sequence number,with 31 cases in each groups.The patients in the two groups were given hysteroscopy,on this basis,the patients observation group were given progesterone.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate,the menstrual volume,the mean endometrial thickness postoperative were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone combined with hysteroscopy can effectively treat endometrial polyps,reduce the recurrence rate,and effectively adjust the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume of patients.
