小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granules Combined with Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Herpetic Angina in Children

目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年4月至2021年4月收治的小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患儿给予喜炎平注射液,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒。两组患者均治疗3~5 d。结果观察组患儿总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平均显著升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6水平均显著降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患儿的疱疹消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、退热时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M水平均显著降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的5.00%(P<0.05)。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,可改善患者的炎性因子和免疫球蛋白水平,缩短临床症状改善时间,且安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.Methods A total of 80 children with herpetic angina admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Xiyanping Injection,and the patients in the observation group were given Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3-5 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin 10(IL-10)in both groups increased significantly,and that in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The levels of hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 decreased significantly in both groups increased significantly,and those in the observation group were lower(P<005).Compared with those in the control group,the time of herpes regression,pain relief and fever relief in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M in both groups decreased significantly,and those in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 5.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Xiyanping Injection were effective in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.It can improve the levels of inflammatory factors and immunoglobulins,shorten the time for improvement of clinical symptoms,and it is safe.
