原发性开角型青光眼内科药物治疗及护理干预效果观察

Clinical Observation of Medical Treatment of Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma and Nursing Intervention

目的探讨原发性开角型青光眼内科药物治疗及护理干预的效果。方法选取医院2020年10月2022年4月收治的原发性开角型青光眼患者88例,按照随机抽签法分为试验组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者给予曲伏前列素滴眼液,实施常规护理干预;试验组患者给予曲伏前列素滴眼液(使用方法同对照组)、马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液和布林佐胺滴眼液,并实施综合护理干预。结果试验组患者眼压总达标率为93.18%,显著高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,试验组患者的视力和眼压水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的79.55%(P<0.05)。结论曲伏前列素联合马来酸噻吗洛尔和布林佐胺治疗原发性开角型青光眼效果显著,可缓解患者的疾病症状;在治疗过程中,实施综合护理干预能提升护理有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing intervention of medical drug therapy for primary open-angle glaucoma.Methods A total of 88 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the test group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Travoprost Eye Drops,and routine nursing intervention was carried out.The patients in the test group were given Travoprost Eye Drops(the same as the control group),Timolol Maleate Eye Drops,and Brinzolamide Eye Drops,and the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out.Results The total compliance rate of intraocular pressure in the test group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than 77.27%(P<0.05).After one year of treatment,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the test group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Travoprost combined with timolol maleate and brinzolamide is effective in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma,and can alleviate the symptoms of the patients.In the process of treatment,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the efficiency of nursing.
