不同药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发肺纤维化临床观察

Clinical Observation of Different Drugs in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的探讨福多司坦和乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发肺纤维化(PF)的疗效。方法选取医院2018年10月至2020年10月收治的COPD并发PF患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。两组患者均予常规治疗,对照组加用乙酰半胱氨酸口服,观察组加用福多司坦口服。结果观察组总有效率为93.18%,显著高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))水平及FEV_(1)/FVC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);透明质酸、层粘连蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论福多司坦治疗COPD并发PF,有助于临床症状的缓解,改善肺功能。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of fudosteine and acetylcysteine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary fibrosis(PF).Methods A total of 88 patients with COPD complicated with PF admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given routine treatment,on this basis,the patients in the control group were given acetylcysteine orally,the patients in the observation group were given fudosteine orally.Results The total effective rate was 93.18%of the observation group,which was significantly higher than 81.82%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of hyaluronic acid and laminin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fudosteine in the treatment of COPD complicated with PF is helpful for the relief of clinical symptoms and improve the lung function of patients.
