融合康复治疗的针灸推拿教学改革

摘要 目的探讨融合康复治疗的针灸推拿教学改革策略,并评价教学改革后的教学质量、教学满意度。方法选取陕西中医药大学针推学院康复治疗技术专业2020年1月至12月的医学生80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。教学①组利用常规教学模式开展教学;教学②组利用针灸推拿学融合康复治疗的教学改革模式开展教学。比较《康复治疗技术专业教学质量考核量表》评分、期末考试成绩得分、医学生对教学模式的满意度评分。结果教学②组《康复治疗技术专业教学质量考核量表》中,针灸技术考核得分、推拿技术考核得分、康复治疗技术考核得分、其他中医治疗技术考核得分均比教学①组高(P<0.05);教学②组期末考试理论成绩、医学生对教学模式的满意度评分均比教学①组高(P<0.05)。结论利用针灸推拿学融合康复治疗的教学改革模式开展教学的教学质量效果更好,有利于提高教学质量,以及医学生对教学模式的满意度评分,促使医学生掌握理论知识和实践技能。 Objective To investigate the teaching reform strategy of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy,and evaluate the teaching quality and the satisfaction of teaching after the teaching reform.Methods A total of 80 medical students majoring in rehabilitation technology of School of Acupuncture and Massage,Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 students in each group.The teaching group①were taught by conventional teaching mode,the teaching group②were taught by teaching reform mode of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy.The scores of Rehabilitation Therapy Technology Specialty Teaching Quality Assessment Scale,the final exam and the satisfaction of medical students with the teaching mode between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,rehabilitation and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments in the Rehabilitation Therapy Technology Specialty Teaching Quality Assessment Scale in the teaching group②were significantly higher than those in the teaching group①(P<0.05).The theoretical scores of the final exam and the satisfaction scores of teaching mode in the teaching group②were higher than those in the teaching group①(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching reform mode of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy has a better effect on teaching quality,which is conducive to improving teaching quality,the satisfaction of teaching mode and promoting medical students to master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
