自动痔疮套扎术联合Y型闭合式外痔切除术治疗混合痔临床观察

Clinical Observation of Automatic Hemorrhoid Ligation Combined with Y Type Closed External Hemorrhoidectomy in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术联合Y型闭合式外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效,以及对并发症发生情况的影响。方法选取医院2019年8月至2021年2月收治的混合痔患者80例,按双盲法分为甲组和乙组,各40例。甲组患者实施外剥内扎术治疗,乙组患者在此基础上加用Y型闭合式外痔切除术治疗。结果乙组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于甲组的77.50%(P<0.05);乙组患者的手术时间和住院时间均显著短于甲组,术中出血量显著少于甲组(P<0.05);乙组患者术后12h和24h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著低于甲组(P<0.05);乙组患者的健康状况量表(躯体疼痛、生理职能、精神健康、生理功能)评分显著高于甲组(P<0.05);乙组患者的并发症发生率为7.50%,显著低于甲组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论自动痔疮套扎术联合Y型闭合式外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效良好,能提高手术效率,减轻对患者造成的机体损伤和术后疼痛感,有效防止术后并发症,加快术后恢复,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with Y type closed external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid and the effect of the incidence of complications of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoid admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the group A and the group B by the double blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given external dissection and internal ligation,on this basis,the patients in the group B were given Y type closed external hemorrhoidectomy treatment.Results The total effective rate in the group B was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the group A(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of patients in the group B were significantly shorter than those in the group A,and the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly less than that in the group A(P<0.05).The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)in the group B at 12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).The scores of the health status scale(physical pain,physiological function,mental health,physiological function)in the group B were significantly higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the group B was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Automatic hemorrhoid ligation combined with Y type closed external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid has good efficacy,which can can improve the operation efficiency,reduce the body damage and postoperative pain caused to patients,effectively prevent postoperative complications,accelerate the recovery of patients and improve the prognosis.
