预防性护理用于肝硬化患者效果观察

Application Effect of Preventive Nursing in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的探讨预防性护理在肝硬化患者中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年1月至2022年5月收治的肝硬化患者100例,按护理方法的不同分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者实施预防性护理。结果干预后,试验组患者的总胆红素(TBiL)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平均显著低于对照组,血清白蛋白(ALB)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的自我效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理应用于肝硬化患者,可有效改善肝硬化,提升自我效能感和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of preventive nursing in the patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the test group and the control group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing,while the patients in the test group were given the preventive nursing.Results After intervention,the levels of total bilirubin(TBiL)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the serum albumin(ALB)level in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preventive nursing applied to patients with liver cirrhosis can effectively improve liver cirrhosis,improve the self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
