疼痛管理用于晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护效果观察

Effect of Pain ManaGement in Hospice Care of Patients with Advanced Cancer

目的探讨疼痛管理用于晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护的效果。方法选取医院2020年3月至2021年5月收治的晚期肿瘤患者72例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组患者给予基础护理,研究组患者给予疼痛管理。结果治疗后,研究组患者的视觉模拟评分法评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Barthel指数量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量(功能、生理、社会与家庭、情感状况)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为97.22%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论疼痛管理用于肿瘤晚期患者的安宁疗护,可缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of pain management on the hospice care of patients with advanced cancer.Methods Seventy A total of 72 two patients with advanced cancer admitted from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group according to the order of admission,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given basic nursing care,while the patients in the research group were given pain management.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),while the Barthel index scale score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life(functional,physiological,social and family,emotional status)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain management in the hospice care of patients with advanced cancer can alleviate the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
