综合护理干预预防重症监护室心电监护仪报警疲劳的效果及护士平均处理时间分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Preventing Alarm Fatigue of Electrocardiogram Monitor in ICU and Average Processing Time of Nurses

目的分析综合护理干预预防重症监护室(ICU)心电监护仪报警疲劳的干预效果,以及护士处理监护仪报警的平均时间。方法选取医院ICU 2021年1月至2022年1月收治的患者120例,根据进入ICU的时间先后分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组开展常规ICU护理,观察组开展综合护理干预,比较两组患者的护理干预前后心电监护仪总报警例数,统计误报警率,计算护士处理报警的平均时间,以及护士处理后的再报警率。结果实施综合护理干预后,观察组的误报警率显著低于对照组,护士平均处理时间短于对照组,发生再报警率低于对照组,整体护理干预效果更理想,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合干预可有效预防ICU心电监护仪的报警疲劳,缩短护士报警处理时间,更好地提升ICU护理质量与抢救成功率。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the preventing alarm fatigue of electrocardiogram(ECG)monitor in intensive care unit(ICU),and to analyze the average time of nurses to process the alarm of monitor.Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to the ICU of the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time of entering ICU,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine ICU nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention.The total number of cases with ECG monitor alarm before and after the nursing intervention between the two groups were compared,the false alarm rate in the two groups was counted,the average time for nurses to process the alarm and the the re-alarm rate after the processing by nurses in the two groups were calculated.Results After the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,the rate of false alarm in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the average processing time of nurses in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the re-alarm rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the overall nursing intervention effect in the observation group was more better than that in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the alarm fatigue of ECG monitor in ICU,shorten the time for nurses to process the alarm,and improve the nursing quality and rate of successful rescue in ICU.
