护理干预对神经性耳聋患者焦虑状态及预后的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety Status and Prognosis of Patients with Nerve Deafness

目的探讨护理干预对神经性耳聋患者焦虑状态及预后的影响。方法选取医院2020年1月至2021年7月收治的神经性耳聋患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予个性化护理。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的焦虑自评量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05)。结论将个性化护理干预运用于神经性耳聋中,不仅可减轻患者的负面情绪,还能提高疗效,有助于建立和谐的护患关系。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety status and prognosis of patients with nerve deafness.Methods A total of 100 patients with nerve deafness admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the patients in the observation group were given personalized care.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized care intervention in nerve deafness can not only reduce the negative emotions of patients,but also improve the efficacy,which is conducive to establishing a harmonious nurse patient relationship.
