心理护理用于高血压合并消化性溃疡效果观察

Effect Observation of Psychological Nursing on Hypertension with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨心理护理用于高血压合并消化性溃疡的干预效果。方法选取医院2021年2月至2022年2月收治的高血压合并消化性溃疡患者100例,按随机数字表法分为常规组(常规护理)和研究组(心理护理),各50例。结果研究组患者抑郁程度评分、焦虑程度评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理总满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理用于高血压合并消化性溃疡患者的护理效果良好,能有效稳定患者的情绪,提高满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing on the hypertension with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension and peptic ulcer admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the routine group and the study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were given the routine nursing,while the patients in the study group were given the psychological nursing.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing on patients with hypertension and peptic ulcer has good effect,which can stabilize the psychological mood of patients,and improve their satisfaction.
