无痛病房护理用于膝骨关节炎护理效果评估

Effect Evaluation of Painless Ward Nursing in Knee Osteoarthritis Nursing

目的探讨无痛病房护理在膝骨关节炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年2月至2022年2月收治的膝骨关节炎患者92例,按自由分组法分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者实施无痛病房护理。结果护理后,试验组患者的疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者临床症状Lequesne指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者的日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者疼痛相关不良事件发生率为4.35%,显著低于对照组的23.91%(P<0.05)。结论无痛病房护理应用于膝骨关节炎护理,可减轻疼痛感,改善临床症状,提高日常生活能力,减少疼痛相关不良事件的发生。

Objective To investigate application effect of painless ward nursing in knee osteoarthritis nursing.Methods A total of 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the test group and the control group according to the free grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the test group were given painless ward nursing.Results After nursing,the pain rating index(PRI),visual analog scale(VAS)score and current pain intensity(PPI)score of patients in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom Lequesne indexes in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of daily living ability in the test group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pain related adverse events in the test group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 23.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless ward nursing in knee osteoarthritis nursing relieve pain,improve clinical symptoms,improve daily living ability,and reduce pain related adverse events.
