精细化护理用于NICU新生儿肺炎效果分析

Application Effect of Refined Nursing in Newborns with Pneumonia in NICU

目的探讨精细化护理用于NICU新生儿肺炎的效果。方法选取医院2021年3月至2022年1月收治的NICU新生儿肺炎患儿80例,按双盲随机法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组予常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理干预。比较护理前后两组患儿家长焦虑情绪、患儿肺部炎性因子水平、家长满意度、住院时间。结果观察组患儿家长焦虑情绪、患儿肺部炎性因子水平显著低于对照组,家长满意度显著高于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,精细化护理用于NICU新生儿肺炎效果更确切。

Objective To investigate the application effect of refined nursing in the newborns with pneumonia in NICU.Methods A total of 80 newborns with pneumonia admitted to the NICU of the hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the double-blind random method,with 40 cases in each group.The newborns in the control group were given the routine nursing,while the newborns in the observation group were given the refined nursing intervention.The anxiety of parents,the level of pulmonary inflammatory factors of newborns,the satisfaction of parents and the hospital stay of newborns between the two groups were compared before and after the nursing.Results The anxiety of parents and the level of pulmonary inflammatory factors of newborns in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the hospital stay of newborns in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing,the refined nursing is more effective in the newborns with pneumonia in NICU.
