行为转变护理用于精神活性物质所致精神障碍效果评价

Application Effect of Behavior Change Nursing on Mental Disorders Caused by Psychoactive Substances

目的探讨行为转变护理在精神活性物质所致精神障碍中的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年10月至2022年3月收治的精神活性物质所致精神障碍患者76例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取行为转变护理。结果两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS,包括一般精神病理、阴性症状、阳性症状)评分,以及简明精神病评估量表(BPRS,包括自我评分、观察评分)评分均较干预前显著降低,且均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者社会功能评估量表(SSPI)及日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分均较干预前显著增高(P<0.05),且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为转变护理应用于精神活性物质所致精神障碍效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of behavior change nursing in mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances.Methods A total of 76 patients with mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given the behavior change nursing.Results After the intervention,the score of Scale of positive and negative sydrome scale(PANSS,including general psychopathology,negative symptoms and positive symptoms)in the two groups was significantly lower,and that in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the score of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS,including self-score and observation score)in the two groups was significantly lower,and that in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Impatients(SSPI)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)in the two groups was significantly higher,and that in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of behavior change nursing is effective in mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances.
