人性化护理用于脑外伤围术期价值分析

Value Analysis of Humanized Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Brain Trauma

目的探讨人性化护理对脑外伤患者围术期负性情绪的缓解作用。方法选取医院2020年12月至2021年6月收治的脑外伤患者70例,按抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行人性化护理干预。结果治疗后,观察组生活质量(GQOL-74)量表各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对围术期脑外伤患者开展人性化护理,可增强护理效果,改善生活质量,缓解负性情绪,提升满意度,促进临床指标恢复,预防并发症。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on relieving the perioperative negative emotions of patients with brain trauma.Methods A total of 70 patients with brain trauma admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the lottery method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing.Results After treatment,the score of quality of life scale(GQOL-74)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The score of daily life ability(ADL)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for perioperative patients with brain trauma can enhance the nursing effect,improve the quality of life,alleviate negative emotions,enhance satisfaction,promote the recovery of clinical indicators,and prevent complications.
