摘要
无磁轭分块轴向磁通永磁电机具有体积小、径长比高、功率密度高、转矩密度大、铁心材料用量少、铁心磁路短等优点,尤其是应用于空间小的场合时,其技术优势更加明显。但随着电机频率的增大,电机铁耗也不断上升。为了降低电机铁耗,可选用软磁复合材料(SMC)取代传统硅钢片。与传统硅钢片相比,SMC具有涡流损耗低、易于成型等特点。将轴向磁通电机的定转子铁心分别选用SMC材料与硅钢片材料,通过仿真对比转矩和铁耗,并考虑不同频率的影响,验证了在高频率下SMC电机具有更为显著的低铁耗优势。
The non-yoke segmented axial flux permanent magnet motor has the characteristics of small volume,high diameter to length ratio,high power density,high torque density,less core material consumption and short core magnetic circuit,etc.Especially when it is used in small space,its technical advantages are more obvious.However,with the increase of motor frequency,the iron loss of motor is also rising.In order to reduce the iron loss of the motor,soft magnetic composite(SMC)can be selected to replace the traditional silicon steel sheet.Compared with traditional silicon steel sheet,SMC has the characteristics of low eddy current loss,easy forming,etc.The stator and rotor cores of the axial flux motor are made of SMC and silicon steel respectively,and the torque and iron loss are compared through simulation.Considering the influence of different frequencies,it is verified that SMC motor has a more significant advantage of low iron loss at high frequencies.
