备自投装置开入、开出回路的改进

摘要 备自投装置是提升配电网供电可靠性和用户用电感知的重要设备。针对当前运行的配电网备自投装置调试检验往往需停运相关一次设备,极大影响供电可靠性和工作效率的问题,对备自投装置的开入、开出回路进行改进,提出了适用于配电站的不停电调试解决方案。在调试环节通过开入模拟模块、开出切换模块,将备自投功能中跳合闸动作接点出口至相应开关,以及动作开关位置返回至相应回路的光敏元件,完成先合备用开关,再跳工作进线开关或失压母线进线开关,完成备自投功能和开入开出回路检验,实现不对外停电的情况下备自投调试。通过该方法可有效提升配电网备自投调试检验效率,提高配电网的供电可靠性。 Standby automatic switching device is an important device to improve the power supply reliability of the distribution network and users′perception of power consumption.The commissioning and inspection of the standby automatic switching device in the current distribution network often requires the shutdown of relevant primary equipment,which greatly affects the reliability and efficiency of power supply.In view of this problem,the input and output circuits of the backup automatic switching device are improved,and a solution for the uninterrupted commissioning of the power distribution station is proposed.In the commissioning link,through the input analog module and output switching module,the tripping and closing action contact outlet in the standby automatic switching function is connected to the corresponding switch.The position of the action switch is returned to the photosensitive element of the corresponding circuit,so that the standby switch is closed first,then the working incoming switch or the incoming switch of the voltage loss bus is tripped,and the inspection of the standby automatic switching function and the input/output circuit is completed.The standby automatic switching commissioning without external power failure is realized.This method will effectively improve the test efficiency of the standby automatic switching commissioning of the distribution network,and improve the power supply reliability of the distribution network.
