增容型断路器的温升特性研究

Study on Temperature Rise Characteristics of Capacitive Circuit Breaker

温升是断路器的一个非常重要的指标,直接影响断路器的使用寿命和可靠性。特别是对于安装在柜体内的增容型断路器,温升特性指标尤为突出。通过案例分析温升的来源,识别其带来的危害,对比不同因素对温升结果的影响,提出针对性措施,以降低温升,提高断路器的安全性。

Temperature rise is a very important index of circuit breaker,it directly affects the service life and reliability of circuit breaker.Especially for the capacitive circuit breaker installed in the cabinet,the temperature rise characteristic is particularly prominent.Through the case,the source of temperature rise is analyzed and the harm it brings is identified.The effects of different factors on the temperature rise results are compared,and targeted measures are proposed to reduce the temperature rise and improve the safety of the circuit breaker.
