基于SIS TCS-900的检测试验分析和系统改进设计

摘要 SIS系统是工业生产中最重要的一道安全防护,如何验证系统可用性及排查潜在的故障显得尤为重要。在安全控制系统的整个生命周期中,需通过复杂的检测试验,包括出厂验收测试(FAT),施工中的现场调试、试运行,现场验收测试(SAT),核电厂的定期试验,投运后的点检运维等。针对上述试验进行调查分析,对TCS-900系统的软、硬件进行优化升级,从而支持正常作业的同时进行控制逻辑验证;开发试验工具软件,可通过导入试验用例自动开展部分检测试验,提高检测试验的作业效率,减少试验误操作,为企业安全生产提供保障。 As the most important safety protection in industrial production,how to verify system availability and troubleshoot potential faults is particularly important.In the entire life cycle of the safety control system,it is necessary to pass complex testing tests,including factory acceptance test(FAT),on-site commissioning and trial operation during construction,on-site acceptance test(SAT),regular test of nuclear power plant,spot inspection and operation and maintenance after operation,etc.According to the investigation and analysis of the above tests,the software and hardware of the TCS-900 system are optimized and upgraded,so as to support normal operation and verify the control logic.The test tool software is developed,which can automatically carry out part of the test by importing test cases.The research in this paper improves the operation efficiency of detection test,reduces test misoperation,and provides guarantee for enterprise safety production.
