摘要 通过分析铝合金电缆的特点,对比同等载流量情况下的铜芯与铝合金导体电缆外径、质量。结合舰用电缆的使用环境,可知铝合金电缆不适用于消防要求较高的舰船舱室,且需专用铜铝过渡端子,压接工具由厂家专门配套,维护保养周期较长。探索铝合金电缆在舰船领域的应用可行性,对未来舰船装备的发展具有深远意义。 By analyzing the characteristics of aluminum alloy cable,the outer diameter and quality of copper core and aluminum alloy conductor cable are compared under the same ampacity capacity.Combined with the use environment of ship cables,it can be seen that aluminum alloy cables are not suitable for ship cabins with high fire protection requirements.The ship cable should be specially equipped with copper and aluminum transition terminals,and the crimping tool is specially matched by the manufacturer,and the maintenance cycle is long.The application feasibility of aluminum alloy cable in the field of ships is explored,which is of far-reaching significance for the development of future ship equipment.
