摘要
目前国内仍有大部分火电厂循环水系统的调节都是采用台数调节。当凝汽器真空变化或外界气候条件改变时,运行人员凭自己的经验来启停循环水泵。但受运行人员自身水平的限制,有时候并非处于经济区运行。为此,对吉林某电厂循环冷却水系统进行分析,通过理论计算并结合电科院提供的试验数据,给出了不同负荷、不同循环水初温下启停水泵的建议。试验结果表明,循环水泵处于经济区运行时,能达到很好的节能效果。
At present,most of the circulating water systems of thermal power plants in China are adjusted by the number of units.When the condenser vacuum changes or the external climatic conditions change,the operator starts and stops the circulating water pump based on his own experience.However,due to the limitations of the operator′s own capabilities,sometimes it is not operated in an economic zone.Therefore,the circulating cooling water system of a power plant in Jilin is analyzed.Through theoretical calculation and combined with the test data provided by the Electric Power Research Institute,suggestions are given to start and stop the pump at different loads and different circulating water initial temperatures.The test results show that the circulating water pump can achieve good energy-saving effect when it is operating in the economic zone.
