摘要
针对在复杂环境下液压缸的位移测量问题,设计了一种基于STM32的位移测量系统,并分别对系统的机械结构设计、硬件设计和软件设计进行阐述。系统以磁性旋转编码器为核心传感器,能够适应恶劣的工业环境,具有良好的防震型和防尘性,以STM32单片机为控制核心,在满足测量精度的同时可以兼顾位移、速度、加速度的测量,简化了结构,节约了成本。搭建了实验平台进行实验,实验证明,在不同速度下所测得的液压缸工作位移相对误差保持在2%以内,最后对实验结果进行了分析。
Aiming at the problem of displacement measurement of hydraulic cylinder in complex environment,a displacement measurement system based on STM32 has been designed,and the mechanical structure design,hardware design and software design of the system were expounded respectively.The system use a magnetic rotary encoder as the core sensor,which could adapt to harsh industrial environments,have good shock-proof and dust-proof properties,and used STM32 microcontroller as the control core,which can meet the measurement accuracy while taking into account the measurement of displacement,speed and acceleration.The structure is simplified and the cost is saved.An experimental platform was built to conduct experiments.The experiments show that the relative error of the hydraulic cylinder working displacement measured at different speeds is kept within 2%.Finally,the experimental results were analyzed.
