钻孔成像仪探头光源驱动与稳压电路设计实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对钻孔内的空间相对狭小且黑暗,自然光源无法进入,成像仪探头不同功能具有不同工作电压的情况,进行了钻孔成像仪探头光源驱动与稳压电路设计。结合钻孔现场实际使用环境以及对光源的要求,选用单色性好、发光亮度高的直插式DIP封装LED灯作为成像仪探头的光源,并依据探头结构设计了光源灯板电路。基于MP3310芯片设计了LED光源驱动电路,基于SGM61230芯片设计了稳压电路。实验室测试验证结果表明:探头光源亮度满足成像仪视频录制的照明需求,设计的光源驱动与稳压电路工作稳定、可靠,可保证成像仪探头在使用现场的视频采集质量以及工作的稳定性。 Aiming at the situation that the space in the borehole is relatively narrow and the dark natural light source cannot enter,and the camera probe has different functions and different working voltages,the driving and voltage regulating circuit of the probe light source of the borehole imager is designed.Combined with the actual use environment of drilling site and the requirements of light source,the direct-inserted DIP package LED lamp with good monochrome and high luminance is selected as the light source of the imager probe,and the light source lamp board circuit is designed according to the probe structure.LED light source driver circuit is designed based on MP3310 chip,and voltage regulator circuit is designed based on SGM61230 chip.Laboratory test and verification results show that the brightness of the probe light source meets the illumination requirements of the video recording of the imager,and the designed light source drive and voltage regulator circuit work stably and reliably,which can ensure the quality and stability of the camera probe in the use of on-site video collection.
