基于改进遗传算法的给水泵汽轮机调节气阀控制 被引量:1

摘要 给水泵汽轮机调节活动时会影响汽轮机的蒸汽流量,若流量过大会造成给水流量输出冲击事故。为增强给水泵汽轮机电液伺服阀应用可靠性,降低故障频率,提出一种基于改进遗传算法的给水泵汽轮机调节气阀控制方法。分析给水泵汽轮机调节系统框架,利用传递函数和响应方程获得系统中各部件动力学模型;构建模糊比例积分微分控制器,将误差、误差变化率拟作控制器输入,采用改进遗传算法实现控制参数寻优,将调节系统阶跃响应最高调整量和过渡调整量看作目标函数性能指标,通过欧氏距离均值评估群体内的基因差异,引入自适应机制,将交叉概率、变异概率转变成自适应调节算子,若目标函数保持不变,则终止运算输出参数寻优结果,实现调节气阀自适应控制。实验结果表明,所提方法能很好地控制活塞杆与阀芯位移幅度,减少给水流量输出冲击,保证给水泵汽轮机协调平稳运行。 The feed pump turbine regulating activity will affect the steam flow of the turbine,and if the flow is too large will cause the feed water flow output shock accident.To enhance the reliability of feed pump turbine electro-hydraulic servo valve application and reduce the failure frequency,an improved genetic algorithm-based control method for feed pump turbine regulating gas valve is proposed.The framework of feed pump turbine regulation system is analyzed,and the transfer function and response equation are used to obtain the dynamics model of each component in the system;the fuzzy proportional-integral differential controller is constructed,the error and error change rate are proposed as the controller input,the improved genetic algorithm is used to realize the control parameter search,the highest adjustment amount of step response and transition adjustment amount of the regulation system are regarded as the target function performance index,and the Euclidean distance mean is evaluated by the genetic differences within the population are evaluated by the Euclidean distance mean,and the adaptive mechanism is introduced to convert the crossover probability and variation probability into adaptive adjustment operators,and if the objective function remains unchanged,the operation is terminated to output the parameter search results to achieve adaptive control of the regulating valve.The experimental results showthat the proposed method can well control the displacement amplitude of the piston rod and spool,reduce the feedwater flow output shock,and ensure the coordinated and smooth operation of the feedwater pump turbine.
