摘要
交通因素一直是可达性评价中主要考虑的影响因素。为更好地实现区域级可达性计算,通过均值法与中位值法相结合的路段行程速度估计法,从出租车轨迹数据中提取出大量真实的路况信息,作为可达性测算中交通阻抗因素。运用概率法作为可达性测算模型,弥补了常用的潜能模型在解释性方面的缺陷。并利用POI数据进行吸引强度模型的构建,利用出租车数据中提取出的居民出行时长与频率分布的关系进行阻抗模型的标定。最后,利用西安市出租车轨迹数据与POI数据进行实例验证,完成城市级别的区域可达性测算,为大数据背景下的可达性测算与分析提供借鉴。
The traffic factor is always the main factor to be considered in the evaluation traffic accessibility. In order to realize the regional level accessibility calculation better, used the travel speed estimation method combined with the mean value method and the median value method, extracting real road condition information from the taxi track data as the traffic impedance factor in the traffic accessibility calculation. The probability method was selected as the accessibility measurement model, which makes up for the defects of the commonly used potential model in terms of interpretation. And the POI data was used to build the attraction intensity model, and the relationship between resident travel duration and frequency distribution which were extracted from taxi trajectory data was used to calibrate the impedance model. Finally, the taxi data and POI data of Xi’an were used to verify the case. This paper has completed the regional accessibility measurement at the city level, and provided reference for the measurement and analysis of traffic accessibility in the context of big data.
