基于建成环境差异的通勤者生活质量影响机理

Influence Mechanism of Commuters’ Quality of Life Based on Built Environment Heterogeneity

摘要 基于结构方程模型,探讨不同城市建成环境下,通勤者社会经济属性、出行行为和生活时间分配对其生活质量的影响机理。以上海市为例进行实证分析,结果表明:(1)通勤者的社会经济属性通过出行行为和生活时间分配为中介对生活质量产生影响;(2)长距离或长时间通勤对通勤者生活质量有直接负面影响,并因缩减其他生活活动的时间分配而对生活质量产生间接负面影响;(3)居住地的建成环境差异导致生活质量影响机理的异质性,不同区域居民的出行行为偏好、生活质量关注领域均存在差异。最后,从城市和交通规划角度对不同建成环境区域提出改善建议。 Based on structural equation models, this paper explores the influence mechanism of commuters’ quality of life(QOL) under different built environments from the perspectives of travel behavior and time allocation. The empirical analysis was conducted in Shanghai, China. The results show that:(1)The socioeconomic attributes of commuters influence QOL through the mediating of travel behavior and time allocation.(2)Long-distance or long-time commuting not only has a direct negative impact on commuters’ QOL, but also has an indirect negative impact on QOL by reducing time allocation in other activities.(3)Differences in the built environment of residential areas lead to the heterogeneity of the influence mechanism on QOL. Also, there are differences in travel behavior preferences and QOL concerns for the residents living in different areas.Finally, some policy implications for different built environment areas are proposed from the perspectives of urban planning and transportation planning.
