方坯铝镇静钢可浇性分析及SWRCH35K冶炼实践

摘要 为解决方坯铝镇静钢SWRCH35K钢水可浇性,采用方板坯铝镇静钢冶炼工艺对比分析方法,找到冶炼工艺主要差异,确定提高钢水纯净度弥补方坯保护浇注系统效果差的工艺改进方向。应用相图基础知识开展调渣测算,测算出炼钢各生产环节耐辅材和合金使用量,形成可操作的LF高碱度造渣工艺控制方案。为验证LF高碱度造渣工艺可靠性,开展冶炼工艺实践并生产出合格SWRCH35K铸坯,形成SWRCH35K转炉、LF精炼和连铸生产控制措施。 In order to solve the castability of SWRCH35K billet aluminized steel,the smelting process of billet aluminized steel was compared and analyzed to find out the main differences of smelting process and determine the process improvement direction to improve the purity of molten steel to make up for the poor effect of billet protective pouring system.The basic knowledge of phase diagram is applied to carry out slag adjustment calculation,calculate the amount of resistant auxiliary materials and alloys in each production link of steelmaking,and form an operable LF high basicity slag making process control scheme.In order to verify the reliability of LF high alkalinity slagging process,smelting process practice was carried out and qualified SWRCH35K casting billet was produced,and SWRCH35K converter,LF refining and continuous casting production control measures were formed.
