铅锌密闭鼓风炉炼锌(ISP)是一种对原料具有很好适应性的炼锌工艺,以某厂2017年~2019年生产实践为例,探讨了在提高鼓风炉原料适应性方面的一些经验,尤其是对近年来密闭鼓风炉处理高硅烧结块在工艺条件控制方面的改进。

Lead-zinc airtight blast furnace smelting zinc(ISP)is a kind of the zinc smelting process of raw material has the very good adaptability,this paper takes a certain factory in 2017~2019 years production practice as an example,discusses on improving some experience of blast furnace raw material adaptability,especially for high silicon sintering of airtight blast furnace processing block control improvements on the process conditions.
