With the improvement of the quality of life in modern society and the development of science and technology,the surface quality of steel plate is required to be higher and higher.In the production process of various types of steel plates,customers have more and more strict requirements on the surface quality of steel plates.How to meet the special needs of customers and improve the production control of steel plate surface quality is particularly important.In order to ensure that the steel plate meets the user’s requirements for the surface quality of the steel plate,this paper explores the process control and prevention measures from the aspects of billet heating,rolling process,collection,heat treatment,etc.
