摘要
通过扫描电镜和能谱分析等技术研究了J443表面山形鳞状折叠缺陷,对缺陷形貌、成分进行了分析,并研究了热轧轧制过程板坯表面缺陷演化过程。山形鳞状缺陷属表层缺陷,为超纯铁素体板坯表面缺陷反复轧制延伸而成,主要因超纯铁素体不锈钢铬含量高,抗氧化性强,表面氧化铁皮薄,基体偏软,在轧辊高面压作用下,表层缺陷在炉卷轧机往复轧制中反复延伸形成山形鳞状折叠缺陷。
Using Metallographic and Energy spectrum study the moutain shape scaly folding of J443,analysis the shape of the defect,composition in the defect,and the developing of the defect on the surface of the slab during hot rolling.The moutain shape scaly folding is the kind of surface defect,the defects on the surface of the slab of ultra pure ferritic stainless steel,when the material rolled and extended along the roll direction and reverse direction over and over.Because of the high content of the chromium,high resists oxidation,the thin layer of scale oxidation and soft material,under the heavy press of the roller in the steckel mill rolling,the defect on the surface of the slab are extended during rolling reciprocate in the steckel mill,and then the shape of the defect change to moutain shape scaly folding.
