高加工性镀铝锌硅板的研究与开发

摘要 为了开发高加工性能热镀铝锌硅板,实现CSP-冷轧-连退镀锌工艺路线下工业化稳定生产,通过改进钢水成分及轧制工艺设计,采用Nb微合金强化,利用Gleeble试验机模拟连退线工艺研究了600~740℃温度退火条件下对性能和组织的影响,确定了冷轧基板的再结晶温度范围为670~700℃,在工业化试生产中将实际退火温度控制在715~740℃范围,在保证了产品具有较高强度的前提下,加工性能提高了档次。 In order to develop the high hot zinc plating aluminum silicon processing performance,realize the CSP-cold rolled-even refund galvanized process route under stable production industrialization,through improvement on the design of molten steel composition and rolling technology,USES the Nb microalloy element reinforcement,Gleeble machine simulation even back line technology was used to study the 600~740℃temperature annealing conditions on the performance and the impact of organization,the recrystallization temperature range of the cold rolled substrate was determined to be 670~700℃,and the actual annealing temperature was controlled to be 715~740℃in the industrial trial production.The processing performance was improved on the premise of ensuring the high strength of the product.
