女装裤子裆位结构优化设计

Optimum design of crotch structure of women′s trousers

为解决服装企业生产的女装裤子因裤子裆位的结构设计不够合理,导致裤子上身后前后裆位起褶皱的问题,对女装裤子版型的裆位结构进行优化设计。通过分析女装裤子常见款式的裆宽设计要求,以及女装裤子前、后裆位及大腿部位出现褶皱的原因,对裤子的裆位结构进行调整。通过修正原有版型的裆位结构,使裤子的裤裆部位活动量保持充足。

The optimal design of the crotch structure of women’s trousers were performed to solve the problem of wrinkles at the front and rear crotch of the upper body caused by the unreasonable design of the crotch structure in the production of women’s trousers by garment enterprises.The crotch structure of the trousers was adjusted by analyzing the crotch width design requirements of common styles of women’s trousers,as well as the causes of creases in the front and rear crotch areas and thigh areas of women’s trousers.The gear structure of the original version was revised to make the activity of the crotch of the pants sufficient.
