西部地方高校思政工作的时空之维和提升之策——基于对S省9所高校的质性分析

The Spatiotemporal Dimension and Promotion Strategies of Ideological and Political Work in Local Universities in Western China——Based on the Qualitative Analysis of 9 Universities in S Province

思想政治工作是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要支撑,地方高校思想政治工作极其重要但又比较特殊。本文选取全国高教重镇S省的9所地方高校为分析对象,考察西部地方高校思想政治工作基本形势,认为存在理想和信念教育偏弱、斗争精神和本领不足、学科自信和认同较低、评价和考核存在偏差、治理体系和能力滞后等问题。这些问题是惯性效用、外部渗透、投入限制、队伍不活等多因复合而成。从夯实党委抓思想政治工作主体责任角度出发,西部地方高校思想政治工作要进一步强化理论武装、压实责任体系、锤炼政治品格、提升治理能力。

Ideological and political work is an important support for universities to implement the essential task of moral values establishment and people cultivation. The ideological and political work in local universities is extremely important but very special. This paper selects 9 local universities in S Province which plays an important role of higher education in China as the analysis object, to investigate the basic situation of Ideological and political work of local universities in Western China. Conclusion can be drawn that there are some problems, such as weak ideal and belief education, insufficient fighting spirit and ability, low discipline self-confidence and identity, assessment and evaluation deviation, lagging governance system and ability. These problems are compounded by historical inertia,external infiltration, investment restrictions, weak Working team and so on. From the perspective of consolidating the main responsibility of the Party Committee for ideological and political work, we should further strengthen the theoretical armed, temper the political character and improve the governance system to improve the ideological and political work of local universities in Western China.
