摘要
考虑到4G/5G融合网络中5G动态变化的策略参数可能会与4G静态参数产生冲突的问题,结合3GPP R18研究课题内容及运营商现网不同的部署方式,探讨了多种潜在的解决方案,并对其可行性进行分析。考虑到对网络架构的影响,认为PCF下发RFSP索引的同时选择下发该RFSP索引的有效时间值的方案是更为有效的解决方案。最后,对后续接入与移动性管理策略增强的标准工作方向进行了展望。
Considering that 5G dynamic policy parameters may conflict with 4G static parameters in the 4G/5G converged network,this paper discusses a variety of potential solutions and analyzes their feasibility based on 3GPP R18 research topics and different deployment modes of operators’live networks.Considering the impact on the network architecture,we found that it is more efficient for PCF to deliver the valid time value of the RFSP index while delivering the RFSP index.Finally,the future standard work direction of access and mobility management policy enhancement is prospected.
