铁路扣件螺栓干冰除锈方案设计与研究

摘要 为了使除锈后的钢轨扣件螺栓表面粗糙度达到最佳,采用干冰射流的方式在不同干冰射流量、射流压力、射流次数下对螺栓表面进行除锈,使用激光共聚焦显微镜与扫描电镜观察除锈后的螺栓表面粗糙度,研究了干冰射流工艺参数对除锈后螺栓表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:随着干冰射流量增大,螺栓表面粗糙度减小,射流量达到一定值后粗糙度变化趋于平缓;随着干冰射流压力增大,螺栓表面粗糙度增大,射流压力达到一定值后粗糙度变化趋于平缓;随着干冰射流次数的增大,螺栓表面粗糙度减小,射流次数达到一定值后粗糙度变化趋于平缓。试验条件下,干冰射流以1.1 kg/min的射流量、1.2 MPa恒定压力上下扫描20~25次后,螺栓表面粗糙度最为适宜。 In order to optimize the surface roughness of the rail fastener bolt after derusting,the dry ice jet flow was used to remove the rust on the bolt surface under different dry ice jet flow,jet pressure and jet times.The surface roughness of the bolt after derusting was observed using laser confocal microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the influence of dry ice jet process parameters on the bolt roughness after derusting was studied.The results show that the surface roughness of the bolt decreases with the increase of dry ice jet flow,and the change of the roughness tends to be smooth after the jet flow reaches a certain value.With the increase of dry ice jet pressure,the surface roughness of the bolt increases,and the change of the roughness tends to be smooth after the jet pressure reaches a certain value.With the increase of the jet times of dry ice,the surface roughness of the bolts decreases,and the roughness changes gradually after the jet times of dry ice reaches a certain value.Under the test conditions,the bolt surface roughness is the most appropriate after 20 ~ 25 times of upward and downward scanning of dry ice jet at a flow rate of 1.1 kg/min and a constant pressure of 1.2 MPa.
